Sig Christenson

An award-winning military reporter with multiple trips to the war zones, Sig Christenson has spent decades covering the American military and the conflicts it fights. He is a co-founder of Military Reporters & Editors, an organization he helped establish in 2002. In 2026 he received the Gerald R. Ford Journalism Prize for Distinguished Reporting on National Defense.
